What is Launchpad Collective?
LaunchPad Collective Inc. (LPC) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to foster sustainable economic development and community resilience in underserved areas by creating innovative mixed-use developments that provide affordable housing, job training, and entrepreneurial opportunities.

What types of programs or businesses will Launchpad Collective support?

LaunchPad will support a variety of small businesses via strategic partnership with non-profit incubators. Individual business owners must apply directly to those non-profit organizations who are tenants in our development with their own application processes. Likewise, we support residential programs of various types, and housing at LaunchPad is only provided directly through those organizations, and in alignment with their respective missions.

Can I donate to support Launchpad Collective and is my donation tax-deductible? 

Yes. You can make a tax-deductible charitable contribution to Launchpad Collective Inc. by clicking on the 'Donate' button on our website or by sending a check to our mailing address. We use Zeffy for payment processing so there are no fees deducted from your gift, and we are able to accept all major forms of payment. All donations are fully tax-deductible to the maximum extent allowed by Federal Law.
