The Launchpad Model

 LaunchPad is more than just housing. It’s a new kind of community space where people can live, work, and grow together.

  • Housing that’s attainable and dignified - apartments designed for families, youth, and veterans.
  • Small business spaces - affordable kitchens, retail, and shops where local entrepreneurs can get started.
  • Workforce opportunities - training, jobs, and career pathways built right into the project.

LaunchPad Collective (LPC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to foster sustainable economic development and resilience in San Bernardino through an innovative, sustainable, mixed-use development model that offers affordable housing across income levels, job training, and entrepreneurial opportunities.
