LaunchPad Baseline represents a $14.5 million investment in housing and community-serving infrastructure. IMPLAN economic modeling estimates that its development will support $16.8 million in total economic activity - including $5.9 million in labor income, $9.5 million in GDP, and $2.3 million in federal, state, and local tax revenue. That means every dollar invested in LaunchPad is estimated to support approximately $1.16 in economic activity in Year 1.
Source and methodology: Economic impact estimates were prepared using IMPLAN, an input-output economic modeling platform that measures the direct, indirect, and induced effects of project spending - including on-site activity, supply-chain purchases, and household spending by workers.
